We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented interns to contribute to the development of our EV Bus BEV portal. This platform aims to centralize essential electric vehicle documents for dealer reference and streamline resources crucial for our sales team. The interns will play a key role in consolidating existing EV documents, identifying gaps, and collaborating to create an efficient plan for enhancing our dealer sales education resources.
Responsibilities
- Assess the status of our EV Bus BEV portal, understanding existing documents, and gauging the necessary next steps for enhancement.
- Collaborate across departments, primarily within the bus team, to compile and organize all available EV-related documents into the portal.
- Ensure document consistency, accuracy, and relevance, updating as needed to reflect the most current information.
- Engage with the sales team to gather insights into missing resources crucial for effective sales education.
- Participate in group discussions to prioritize and identify the most impactful resources needed for dealer sales education.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive plan to bridge the gap between available and required resources, aiding the improvement of the BEV portal.
Additional Tasks:
As priorities may evolve, interns should remain adaptable and flexible to accommodate changing business needs. Additional tasks aligned with the evolving objectives of the EV Bus BEV portal project may be assigned during the internship duration.
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status)
Desired Skills
- At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application
- Able to work at least 12 weeks (starting the end of May or early June through August)
- Previous applicable internships
- Self-starter
- High level of computer skills (Microsoft Applications and Internet)
