We’re searching for a Finance Intern who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused individual who will monitor, maintain and complete client billing as well as participate in the reporting and account maintenance processes.
- Prepare client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Compile and organize documentation for invoice support
- Process detailed journal entries
- Create and close activity codes for client projects
- Generate and distribute weekly system reports
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and financial reporting systems (Lawson, Business Objects, Crystal)
- Ability to execute numerous tasks and complete them under constraints
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Accountability and flexibility a must
- Positive team player attitude
