Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator role for the Company will be working closely with the Sales/Business Development team to help support clients and grow business for the company. This role reports to the VP of Sales.
Job Duties:
- Partner with Sales Team Management staff to maintain up-to-date information for accounts and clients while assisting them in managing ongoing and upcoming opportunities
- CRM (Salesforce) entry support and maintenance
- Maintain information accuracy through defined sales processes and proper reporting
- Assist with the preparation of client Proposals/Presentations and Quotations
- Client Relationship Management during Business Manager absence by providing excellent customer service, quick response, and proper etiquette
- Professionally field and qualify incoming leads in the CRM and to ensure correct follow through actions are taken
- Research leads using CRM Database, LinkedIn to introduce the Company and setup meetings for Sales Business Managers
- Responsible for collecting data and creating various reports as requested in CRM (Salesforce)
- Work the Area Director of Sales to assist with new contracts documents
- Assist the VP of Sales and Area Director of Sales with contract renewals
- Work with the Sales Team to ensure submissions are on-time and follow-up schedules are maintained
- Work with the Sales Team to track and log lost opportunities and lead lost opportunity investigations
- Assist with new marketing initiatives (case studies, conferences, brochures etc.) by working with the Sales Team
- Send marketing materials to potential new customers
- Call on existing clients to obtain information for sales efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in a Customer Service, Support or Sales focused role
- Experience in the technology sector or a professional services agency
- Proficiency using Salesforce is a plus
- Proficiency using MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Exhibit strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Interacts well with customers and other employees
- Enjoy working in a changing environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is helpful
