THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a Fleet Vehicle Sales Administrator with great people skills, a strong foundation for customer service, and an unwavering attention to detail. This is an hourly position paid bi-weekly.
· Work with a highly successful sales team that has a sharply honed focus
· Support our Commercial / Fleet Sales Team by preparing accurate invoices & delivery documents at the time of vehicle sale.
· Scan documents after vehicle deliveries & report them sold in Ford’s system
· Compile commission reports on a spreadsheet for payroll processing
· This position provides an opportunity for advancement within our organization
THE LOCATION:
Chastang Ford is conveniently located on the 610 North Loop East, Houston, TX. about five minutes from downtown.
