Essential Position Functions:
- Customer satisfaction and retention of school accounts
- Prospecting and growing market share in your territory
- Daily travel to schools, both customers and prospects
- Acquiring technical skills and gaining program/product knowledge
- Training customers on Balfour technology and tools
- Managing existing accounts at various stages of production consistent with the deadline schedule
- Discover customer needs for yearbooks and related products relevant to customer needs
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Journalism or Education
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to sell to new and prospective customers
- Excellent computer literacy skills and proficiency in designing software
- Willingness to travel and work independently, a self-starter
- Training, teaching, and/or coaching experience preferred
- Prior sales and service experience a plus
