About the role

As a Sales Account Manager at Pinter, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail footprint and nurturing relationships with key partners. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for the brewing industry and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Execute sales strategies to drive product placement and revenue growth in retail locations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing ongoing support and ensuring maximum visibility and sell-through of Pinter products.
- Coordinate and conduct regular visits to retail locations nationwide, conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Manage and support sales agents contracted to onboard new retailers, providing guidance and resources to facilitate successful partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
What about you?
You are passionate about sales, diligent and hungry to deliver. We would also expect you to have excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets and Power Point/Google Slides.
This person would also have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a Business-to-business retail or consumer goods environment, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
- Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations and attend industry events as needed.
- Knowledge of the brewing industry and passion for craft beer is a plus.
