Where will I be working?
You will take on the role of an Account Manager, Influencer Activation on our RhythmInfluence team.


The Account Manager, Influencer Activation role will be responsible for support across several key accounts, managing the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns. In this role, you will work directly with the clients, creators, and internal teams to execute and measure Influencer Marketing campaigns that may contain both online and offline components.


Currently our teams are working in a hybrid role with some in office and some remote work. Please reach out to your recruiter to confirm location if you have any questions!

What will I be doing?

  • Working across multiple clients & managing several client initiatives.
  • Talent discovery to identify creators for different client initiatives based on their target audience and campaign KPI's.
  • Developing relationships with, negotiating and onboarding creators to ensure successful campaign outcomes for clients.
  • Leading internal and client facing campaign kick-off calls.
  • Creating and managing campaign timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Project managing creator briefing, deadlines, and content management.
  • Creation & presentation of client facing campaign reporting.
  • Upselling and focused renewal efforts to obtain existing clients alongside members of the sales team.

What will I bring?

  • 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
  • Proficiency with Social Media Networks.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong project and account management skills.
  • Experience with client management and the ability to multitask across different projects.
  • A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently when necessary.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Chicago and New York is $65,000 - $83,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
