Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the beer department, including inventory, ordering, and pricing
- Develop and maintain relationships with beer suppliers and distributors
- Create and implement beer menus and promotions to drive sales
- Train and supervise staff on beer knowledge, pouring techniques, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the beer department
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate beer-related events and promotions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of beer, brewing processes, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, ordering, and pricing
