Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue goals and expand the company's customer base in North America, Canada and South America.
• Identify and target new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at targeted companies to specify and drive new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers.
• Negotiate and close contracts with new customers.
• Grow the market share.
• Develop and launch new collections according to international trends and targets.
• Train clients and dealers in the RDL Portfolio.
• Analyze competitors and their products to identify opportunities and threats.
• Stay updated with market cultural, regulatory, and language requirements.
• Plan and participate in product exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Track the product's performance in the country against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular reports to the management on the product's progress and performance.

​Qualifications:

• Building Material & Furniture Material Industry experience 
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
