Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue goals and expand the company's customer base in North America, Canada and South America.
- Identify and target new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at targeted companies to specify and drive new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new customers.
- Grow the market share.
- Develop and launch new collections according to international trends and targets.
- Train clients and dealers in the RDL Portfolio.
- Analyze competitors and their products to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay updated with market cultural, regulatory, and language requirements.
- Plan and participate in product exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Track the product's performance in the country against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports to the management on the product's progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Building Material & Furniture Material Industry experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
