Excellent opportunity for Safety Director or Senior Safety Manager to join an industry leading trade contractor working in the industrial and electrical sectors of construction whilst having great opportunities for long term development and progression while receiving a fantastic package.

This dynamic company have seen tremendous growth over the last few years and have a loyal client base which will ensure further development on large projects. This firm are now industry leading focusing on large scale industrial and commercial construction projects with confirmed contracts that will lead to further growth and development. Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Safety Director to join their loyal team.
In this role you'll be based in Stanton, Tennessee and will have requirements to manage large projects with over 1000 people on site. Responsibilities include directing and managing health and safety activities on site, directly handling 25-30 reports from safety managers across a $500m+ project weekly, working 6/7 days a week for 4-6 months while the project is at its peak. This project will last 2 years and will require relocation to another project upon completion.

- Experience managing large scale projects in the industry (350m+).
- Experience managing large teams of employees (700+).
- Strong leadership skills with union experience.
