This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, with a 30 min. lunch

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duty functions.

• Input incident reports into Safety Databases
• Track all incidents
• Produce and send out reports
• File claims with proper insurance companies
• Resolve customer complaints
• Track and manage all Workers Comp claims
• Assist Safety managers
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways

• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent at Multitasking
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite
• Able to work well without constant supervision

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of construction Safety practices
• Knowledge of filing and managing claims
• Good with time management
• Very Organized
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
