While we’ve been around a while, we have a tiny team of three. We operate on a fully remote basis and have done so for many years. Our team typically works from Sydney, Dallas, Austin, Cancun, and Mexico City - among other cities! Working with TourConnect will give you a chance to wear many hats and directly impact the direction and success of the company. SaaS Marketing Growth Specialist(you will be more functional/execution focused rather than just strategic)

• 40% data analytics/funnel optimization
• 20% campaign management
• 20% campaign copy & design
• 20% customer-facing demos/feedback

Responsibilities & Experience(you will be the key driver of growth for TourConnect)

• 5+ years of data-driven, Marketing Growth experience
• Heavy focus on metrics of our four core products, monitoring our funnels
• Take actions to directly impact the progress of prospects through the funnel (using various marketing platforms connected to our apps - automated emails, A/B testing, in-app messaging, etc.)
• Work directly with our 2 lead engineers and our CEO to implement specific ideas for growth
• Speak directly with customers, via demos and support, to help improve customer experience
• Plan and execute specific campaigns (email, social, paid, etc.)
• Track progress against clearly defined customer acquisition, retention, and revenue goals
• Measure and optimize cohort progress while minimizing churn
• Setup reporting infrastructure for all key metrics

Marketing Stack(your experience in these tools, or similar, is strongly recommended)

• Intercom (customer support, knowledge base, automated outbound marketing)
• Hubspot (CRM, lead tracking)
• Mailchimp (email campaign management)
• Google Analytics/Tags (visitor and app tracking/triggers)
• Help Hero (in-app messaging)
• Contentful (in-app help)
• Rewardful (affiliate/referral management)
• Squarespace (website management)
• ChatGPT (prompt engineering and generative AI for content)
• Social media and keyword ad management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
