Job description

Overview:
The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing Bulletin’s marketing strategy. They will collaborate cross-functionally with 40+ brands within Emerald’s portfolio to align Bulletin’s marketing strategy with ongoing campaigns and play a critical role in acquiring and retaining customers through email and social media channels. In addition to driving continuous growth, this role will also be responsible for educating new and existing users about our key value props.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a balanced mix of creative and analytical skills. Outcome-oriented and comfortable analyzing data, they can easily adjust campaigns and communicate based on insights and communicate progress to stakeholders. They also thrive in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment, and are eager to learn and make a positive impact.

This position can be performed from any of our US-based offices or remotely from anywhere within the US.
Responsibilities:
  • Content Calendar Ownership: Craft the strategies and content calendars for email and social media channels, including segmentation, targeting, proofing, testing, scheduling, reporting, and optimization.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of email and social media marketing collateral including copywriting and design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate features into customer benefits and value propositions that resonate with their markets.
  • Campaign Measurement: Measure and analyze campaign performance, informing optimization decisions. Report on success metrics and KPI’s, surfacing appropriate insights to our team and cross-functional partners within Emerald.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets across email and social media channels, including promo spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer success, and other marketing teams to align initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep up with platform and industry news, including marketing technologies and tools, sharing learnings with the team.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a content calendar and drive user growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical skills that facilitate data informed decisions and a focus on the impact of their work.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, thriving in a collaborative agile environment.
  • Respectfully outspoken raising concerns and brainstorming solutions.
  • Seeks out opportunities to learn and tackle challenges.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $65,000-70,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
