Summary of Responsibilities:

Integrate DIB practices within processes, policies, programs, and systems across enterprise programs and initiatives to sustain conditions for belonging and thriving at Capital One.

  • Contribute immediately while strengthening well managed best practices

  • Partner on development and action on both strategic and tactical work

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences

  • Leverage creative problem solving skills and strong critical thinking

  • Adapt to change quickly

  • Drive solution (product or process) adoption by creating, managing, delivering and implementing on a subset of the program deliverables to be identified by the manager. For example: communications templates, project action plans, deck creation, communications, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year of project management experience or at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a combination of both

  • At least 1 year of experience in Power point and Excel OR Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in program management or at least 1 year of working in employee development or engagement or a combination of both

  • At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, consulting, or HR or a combination of these

  • At least 2 years of experience in communications

  • 2+ years of experience in Power point and Excel OR Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)

  • Experience interpreting metrics and trends

  • Passion for diversity and inclusion
