Job Description
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated and versatile Sr. Software Engineer. As a member or a full-stack agile team, your skills must complement the team to define, implement, test and deliver features toward our Video Product Line. In order to be successful in this role, you must value teamwork and collaborate effectively with a small but dynamic team to deliver customer value. Our agile teams vary between 3-6 members in size and are fully empowered to continuously improve.
*Must be willing to work in-office or a hybrid schedule (at Manager discretion) in either our Fresno, CA or Fort Collins, CO office.*

The base salary range for this position in California and Colorado is $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

Our agile teams vary between 3-6 members in size and are fully empowered to continuously improve.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience writing multi-threaded code in a high level programming (i.e. C#, Java, or similar)
- You have developed RESTful API's used with web browsers, mobile applications, and back-end servers
- Experience developing Microsoft .NET applications
- Lead sessions for user story refinement and planning for medium to large features
- Ability to develop server and client applications
- Define and Implement effective test strategies for all newly created software
- Collaborate with developers, PO, SM and QA to advance the product.
- You can communicate effectively & persuasively both in person and in written form through various channels (email, slack, meet, phone, etc).
- Provide timely feedback as requested in code reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
- 2+ years of experience developing and deploying web services on cloud based infrastructure (i.e. Azure, AWS)
- Desire to take on leadership roles as opportunities present themselves.
- You know how to build SQL queries to manipulate data in a database
- Knowledge or experience in the following specifications: ONVIF, OData, RTSP, WebRTC
- Experience with distributed computing applications
- Used tools and written scripts to manage continuous deployment and integration, monitor usage and troubleshooting
- Masters Degree in Computer Science (or a related field)
- Experience build web, mobile, server applications
The base salary range for this position in California and Colorado is $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.
