We're on the lookout for a skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our close-knit team here at Veterinary Preventive Care in Beavercreek, OH. We pride ourselves on cultivating a unique atmosphere without our team, focused on providing top-notch care and building genuine connections with our clients and their beloved pets.
Our days are seeing appointments 7 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with start and stop times ranging from 8am to 8 pm to try and offer available hours outside a standard 9-5. You can find us at 3024 Dayton Xenia Rd.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about their work and eager to take on additional responsibilities in a more relaxed environment suited to letting them grow. We also believe in fairly compensating our team for their hard work and dedication within the means of the practice. Part time or full time is available with a need for dental procedures and other surgeries on Thursdays. So, if you're comfortable with that kind of work, you might just be the perfect fit for us.

As for your day-to-day responsibilities, you'd be:
- *Assisting doctors with outpatients *Administering injections *Helping manage or restrain patients as needed *Preparing prescription orders and owner materials for discharge *Maintaining a safe and sterile work environment *And of course, showering our furry visitors with plenty of cuddles and hugs
What we're looking for in you:
- *Experience working as a veterinary assistant *RVT *Strong communication skills and a knack for listening *Familiarity with equipment and procedures, especially dental and surgical *Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro *And above all, absolute reliability
