KZ Recreational Vehicles, located in Shipshewana, Ind. has an opening for an experienced RVTechnical Service Advisor in our Aftermarket Department. You MUST have excellent computer skills and previous office experience, preferably in a customer service environment, to be considered for this position.
Successful candidates will have RV build knowledge and prior experience working in a call center environment performing RV customer service and/or warranty work with both dealerships and retail customers. This position will respond to inquiries and provide RV technical advice.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate via email and telephone with both retail customers and dealerships
- Gather facts and keep accurate records
- Troubleshoot and provide technical RV advice and service information
- Negotiate and seek resolutions while working within a defined framework
- Elevate issues involving safety incidents or those requiring advanced authorization and/or skillset
Qualifications:
- Prior RV Customer Service and/or Warranty experience
- Understanding of the RV build process and quality standards
- Technical aptitude
- PC literate and a working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication—ability to maintain composure and communicate in a professional manner
- Ability to be highly responsive, both initially and with follow-up
- Strong work ethic; punctuality and good attendance

Work Environment/Requirements:
On-site call center environment. Sit and stand; work in front of a computer monitor for long periods of time; communicate with others; use hands and fingers to operate phone, keyboard, and other tools; reach with arms and hands.
The position is full-time with regular hours Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check are required.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
