Our client has a need for a warm, caring, playful, professional Nanny to assist in the care of their toddler. The family is seeking refined, reliable, accountable candidates. Non-smokers only! Candidates should have the ability to multitask and accommodate the changing schedules of the family while always remaining positive and calm. Our client hopes to hire a nanny who is happy, gracious, kind, adaptable, and emotionally mature. Ability to respect boundaries, common sense, a sense of adventure, a can-do attitude, and a sense of humor are essential! This family is not rigid at all - in turn, they need someone equally as flexible and easy to work with.
The ideal candidate is a career Nanny with long-term intent who can create a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our client's child. The home environment is informal but well organized, efficient, and happy. The Nanny should be able to fit in seamlessly. The safety and security of the child is paramount. The family requires discretion and highly values confidentiality. It is important to always honor their privacy.
When possible, a change in the routine schedule will be discussed in advance. Reasonable flexibility is expected in times of emergency or unplanned schedule changes.
