Rota Nanny

Overview:

We seek a dedicated and experienced ROTA Nanny to join our informal and loving family in Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will be passionate about childcare, have experience working as a ROTA nanny, and possess the skills to manage the care of three children under the age of 9. The nanny will play a crucial role in supporting the children’s activities, ensuring their well-being, and collaborating with the parents who, while committed to being primary caregivers, have demanding professional roles.
Local candidates will be considered first.

Responsibilities:

• Live in while on shift; live out while off shift.
• Drive and maintain a clean driving record for school pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Supervise and engage with the children’s activities, fostering a loving and explorative environment.
• Assist with children’s laundry and wardrobe maintenance.
• Collaborate with other team members in the household while taking primary responsibility for the children.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required, with appropriate downtime provided.
• Work alongside the parents as partners in the children’s upbringing.

Qualifications:

• Provenexperience as a ROTA nanny.
• Experience working with more than two children.
• Non-smoker.
• Must love children and have a patient and caring demeanor.
• Ability to facilitate and encourage children’s exploration and learning.
• Flexibility to adapt to a demanding schedule and travel requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA.

Compensation:
