About the team + role
The Corporate Strategy team works across all other teams to enable Robinhood's growth and business success. We are looking for a creative self-starter that is eager to work cross-functionally while navigating ambiguity through a fast-changing environment. As an intern you would be supporting Business Operations, Competitive Benchmarking, and Corporate Strategy type of initiatives.
We evaluate and build new businesses, and execute on strategic projects that enable Robinhood to achieve its goals. We also support the design of scalable organizational structures, develop data-driven insights and decision making, drive process improvements, and program lead high-impact cross-functional projects. Our teams lead the execution of initiatives, go-to-market strategy and develop strategic partnerships to power product launch and adoption. Ultimately, we are a team of curious, humble, and analytically-minded individuals with a bias toward action and impact.

What you'll do
- Drive strategic assessments, perform analyses, and develop recommendations to drive key decisions for the company around topics such as business monetization, new product launches and build/buy/partner
- Develop long-term strategy and drive operational improvement projects that will increase business efficiency, reduce risk, and drive company-wide change
- Understand product requirements and business goals to develop go-to-market proposals that maximize reach and adoption
- Stand up new operations and business units, and lead program management roadmap development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run experiments to test ideas, accelerate business growth through partnerships and support partnership launch
- Identify and support negotiations with strategic partners that help power our products or drive product adoption
What you bring
- Actively working towards a Master's of Business Administration Degree
- Bachelor's degree and a record of academic achievement
- Previous experience at a management consulting firm and/or experience in a Business Operations, Partnerships, Operations Strategy, Product, or a cross-functional operational role at a technology company
- Highly effective written and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and/or SQL
- Ability to work independently and have a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects
- Self-starter, creative thinker and problem solver

- The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan.
US Zone 1: $48 per hour
US Zone 2: $42 per hour
US Zone 3: $37 per hour
