Role Opportunities:
- Offer design support on exciting transportation projects
- Learn roadway design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads and OpenRoads Designer software
- Support preparation of project plans, specifications, construction schedules, and engineers estimate
- Assist with other duties assigned by Project Engineers and/or Project Managers
- Attend and contribute to project and team meetings
- Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through Mentoring and Early Career Professional Programs
- Our Internship Program has a regional focus that allows you to interact with leadership and other interns throughout the western US.
Here's What You'll Need:
- In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Interest in roadway design
Ideally, you will also have:
- 3.0 GPA
- Must be at least a rising Junior
- A previous internship with related experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Self-driven time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and motivation for continuous growth
The base salary range for this position is $20.40/hr to $27.80/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
