Title: RN Vascular Access Medical Sales Specialist
Territory: Southern CA - Ideally based out of Los Angeles.
Company: Global industry leader and manufacturer of medical devices used in the OR and every department throughout the hospital.
Description:
- Drive utilization of products with the clinicians, surgeons, and anesthesiologists in the hospital setting.
- Promote sales of assigned products through territory, deepening relationships with existing accounts and new account acquisitions.
- Prepare and deliver financial analysis to decision makers across hospital administration, nurse managers, OR operations and surgeons.
- Develops & maintains a pipeline of new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Work with internal counterparts to support the full scope of needs within assigned territory.
- Territory is healthy with lots of existing business.
Requirements:
- Must be RN with valid license.
- 2-4 years hospital bedside experience or medical device clinical support (anesthesia, Vascular Access, IV product experience a plus).
- Completed 4 year college degree.
- Ability to travel within territory, 50%.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
- Clean driving record.
Compensation:
Base salary depending on experience 85-95k depending on flexibility, plus uncapped commissions paid quarterly OTE $150k-$160k 1st year + health/dental + Company Car + Expenses + Communications Package.
Territory is healthy with lots of existing business, open due to internal promotion.
