Compensation: Based on experience
DEFINITION: Serves as a facility coordinator for collection, verification, analysis and transmission of required assessment and discharge documentation tool (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument– IRF PAI)o receive Medicare case reimbursement and for clinical outcomes tracking; Leads the clinical data collection process at a level of performance, which will ensure meeting transmission deadlines; Facilitates patient care during the hospitalization by managing, coordinating, and monitoring resource utilization to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and financial goals. Assist in the IRF-PAI training for staff.
EDUCATION:
Current CPR certification
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oklahoma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
2 years experience in a health care setting;rehabilitation facility preferred
