Ability to verify insurance and present accurate dental estimates to patients
Not afraid to discuss financials and collect money from patients.
Excellent customer service abilities
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Capable of multi-tasking and delegating effectively
At least 2 years of dental office experience
Experience managing a dental office, onboarding new doctors, and credentialing with insurance.
