We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic partners. Your primary responsibility will be to contact patients for general updates and provide documentation. The roll is fully remote however we do require you to live in Oklahoma. Prefer someone with a Medical Assistant or Nursing background.
```Responsibilities:```
- Contact patients daily to discuss progress and education on proper platform utilization
- Document patient interactions.
- Collect patient feedback.
- Maintain healthy relationship with clinic partners.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Process billing and insurance claims
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in medical office preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work well in a team environment
