Positions available/Role Details
Monday-Friday. 80-hours per pay period. On-call status as needed. Able to assist with bedside nursing as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications
- YOU!
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse MN nursing license
- Preference given to experience in MDS/RAI or clinical reimbursement
- Caring demeanor, positive attitude, has a T.E.A.M outlook
- Work effectively with minimal supervision, effective communication skills, and ability to lead a group of people in completing tasks
- Knowledge of nursing assessments, resident care plans, and state and federal long-term care regulations
- Meet the physical job demands of this position
Key roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the management of the RAI process, schedule PPS and OBRA MDS
- Organize the resident assessment instrument process with a focus on maximization of reimbursement through the MDS and compliance with both state and federal regulations governing the RAI, Medicare and Case Mix Systems
- Demonstrates the ability to assess and evaluate resident needs and coordinate nursing care activities so that these needs are met throughout the department
- Visits with residents routinely regarding cares, activities, menus, plan of care etc.
- Coordinate and lead the care planning for each resident
- Participate in all high-risk meetings and IDT Care Plan meetings
- Provide proper training to others on documentation and when appropriate clinical assessments
