Form of workThe Support Center RN-Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator will assist communities when a position becomes vacant and oversee the coordination of all clinical payment programing including quality reporting, creating care plan implementation and auditing through the Triple Check process. Our RN – Clinical Reimbursement coordinators make a tremendous difference in the quality of life of our residents by ensuring safety and needs are being met in all aspects of care.
- MDS Coordinator maintains communication between internal and external partners.
- MDS Coordinator analyzes services and interventions with the team.
- MDS Coordinator communicates with responsible payers to ensure when coverage is appropriate.
- MDS Coordinator reviews cases and determines reimbursement care mix levels.
- MDS Coordinator assists clinical and therapeutic departments with the MDS process.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Knowledge of RAI/MDS/Care Planning, Medicare, Private Insurers, and Medicaid processes.
