Requirements:
- 2+ year Nursing experience
- 6 months of Home Health experience
- Travel experience
- Active and clear driver's license and car insurance
- Hawaii license
- Homecare Home Base and OASIS
- COVID and FLU vaccine
- Bachelor's degree - preferred
- Case Manager experience - preferred
- Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
- Hawaii license
