Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide assistance with mobility and transfers - Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed - Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation Qualifications: - Previous experience in senior care or related field is preferred - Knowledge of medical records management and documentation procedures - Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Basic cooking skills and knowledge of nutrition principles - Experience with tube feeding is a plus - Ability to lift and move clients as needed Note: All candidates must have the legal right to work in .
