Job Description
- You Have a valid R.N. in the State of North Carolina?
- You have a valid Drivers License (Required) and an insured personal vehicle?
- You can pass a criminal background check & drug test?
- You have Home Care Experience (preferred)?
- M-F with occasional after hour and weekend visits, with steady on-call pay
- Part-Time (under 30 hrs.) or Full-Time (30 - 40 hrs.)
- Admissions of new clients to service
- 90-day Supervisory visits & Quality Assurance Reports
- Maintain Infection Control Log
- Prepare and update clients' Plan of Care
- Quarterly reports/PI reports
- Skills check for all new PCA/CNA's
- Quarterly chart audits to ensure client charts are in compliance
- (Electronic) Zoom RN assessments and visits
- All other duties assigned by Agency Director
