Position Overview:

As an RN Case Manager at Country Manor, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing patient care. What sets us apart? No rotating shifts, only 1-2 holidays per year, and just 6-8 weekends annually. We believe in work-life balance and prioritize our team's well-being.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of MN
• CPR certified
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with staff, patients, and families
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
