SalaryWe are looking for a RN Case Manager to assist our a hospice patients in the Pearland area. Doing this incredibly important job requires someone who is trained not just in hospice but also pediatrics. As a member of our 'Sea Turtle Palliative Care Program', you'll work with a highly trained interdisciplinary team of Nurses, Licensed Counselors, MSW’s and Chaplains. We work to keep the lines of communication open between the families healthcare providers so that the family has the information and education they need to make decisions.
Qualifications:
- Pediatric Experience preferred.
- Hospice experience is preferred.
