Risk Management Technical Support

Kodiak Building Partners generates more than $3 billion of annual revenue serving general contractors, homebuilders, sub-contractors, remodelers, and consumers through its Operating Companies across the United States with a diverse array of products from five distinct segments: Lumber and Building Materials, Millwork, Appliances, Construction Supplies, and Commercial Drywall products.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Required tasks to fulfill primary responsibility:

• Become subject matter expert for Risk Management software (RMIS)
• Hold web-based trainings with various businesses and levels of leadership on RMIS
• Assist with technical and customer support with Risk Management software
• Perform and manage ongoing projects in reporting systems to ensure completion
• Maintain systems and look for new avenues to improve data collection and reporting
• Complete ad-hoc projects and reports for team and business partners as required
• Maintain excel database Statement of Values across all area businesses
• Engage with Risk Management team for improvement
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a BS or BA in applicable field
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field
• RMS: 1 year (Preferred)
• Technology management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Customer service minded
• Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication as well as great interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused (i.e. generating accurate and timely results and effectively and timely communicating to customers, colleagues and management)

LOCATION AND TRAVEL:

• Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote on Fridays

• Up to 10% travel required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to travel to various worksites in the field.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

• Salary: $55,000-$62,500
