Join our dynamic team as a RevTech Analyst, where you will be instrumental in leveraging data and technology to drive marketing and sales success. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our lead-to-revenue process, maximizing technology stack efficiency, and propelling revenue through strategic technological and operational advancements.

• Data Management & Strategy:

  
  
  • Data Acquisition: Proactively identify and source key data, working in tandem with sales and marketing to pinpoint their needs and securing relevant information.
  • Accounts & Contacts Oversight: Guarantee the precision and completeness of account and contact information across all systems, regularly curating our databases.
  • Data Enrichment Initiatives: Craft and apply data enrichment techniques to bolster database quality and utility. Recommend effective tools and solutions for data enhancement.
  • Data Dictionary Upkeep: Consistently update and uphold the data dictionary, ensuring uniform data classification and application throughout our organization.
  • Data Integrity Assurance: Establish and enforce protocols to maintain pristine data integrity, focusing on deduplication, validation, and normalization procedures.
  
  

  System Administration & Optimization:

  
  
  • ZoomInfo Management: Employ ZoomInfo for meticulous enrichment of account and contact details. Manage credit utilization for optimal enrichment outcomes.
  • Marketo Administration: Maintain Marketo's operational integrity, ensuring it integrates flawlessly with other systems. Design and refine marketing automation flows and provide technical support.
  
  

  Process & Operations Excellence:

  
  
  • Marketing Campaign Infrastructure: Partner with marketing units to construct and refine marketing campaigns. Ensure technical setups align with strategic objectives.
  • Campaign Technical Assistance: Offer robust technical support for marketing initiatives, ensuring swift resolution of technical concerns.
  
  

  Analytics & Insights:

  
  
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Scrutinize marketing campaign results, delivering insights and guidance for enhancement.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and sustain reporting frameworks and dashboards to clearly exhibit campaign metrics.
  • Strategic Data Application: Liaise with key players to transform data analytics into actionable business strategies.

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, including 2+ years in revenue operations.
• Certification in Marketo required
• Expertise in GTM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo.
• In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and ABM motion.
• Advanced analytical abilities with a knack for transforming data into strategic actions.
• Competency in managing concurrent projects with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication, both in writing and verbally.

• Position Base Range - $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Salary Range / plus bonus potential
