We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Operations Tools Manager to lead our Revenue Operations Tools team. As the manager, you will oversee a team of Business Analysts specializing in various sales tools, including Salesforce.com, data governance, Outreach, Gainsight, PSA, Anaplan, RingCentral, and Highspot. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration, optimization, and utilization of these tools to drive business growth and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting strategic objectives, and providing leadership and mentorship to the team.

In this role as a Revenue Operations Tools Manager, you will:

+ Lead and manage the Revenue Operations Tools team, consisting of Business Analysts specializing in Salesforce.com, data governance, Outreach, Gainsight, PSA, Anaplan, RingCentral, and Highspot.

+ Lead all aspects of the integration, data integrity, and attribution of specified sales tools within the organization.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of tools with business processes and objectives.

+ Define strategic objectives and priorities for the Revenue Operations Tools team.

+ Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members to cultivate professional growth and development.

+ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

+ Monitor and analyze tool performance measurements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

+ Partner with business intelligence and information systems teams to derive insights from sales tools for corporate reporting.

+ Stay updated on industry trends and standard processes related to sales tools and Revenue Operations.

For this role as a Revenue Operations Tool Manager, you should have:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

+ 5-7 years working in Revenue Operations, sales operations, or a similar role.

+ Strong understanding of sales tools, CRM systems, and data management principles.

+ Previous experience managing a team of analysts or similar roles.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Gainsight, PSA, Anaplan, RingCentral, and Highspot is preferred.

+ Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQT, DBT).

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration

+ Salesforce.com Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.

Computer Skills

+ Proficient with PC applications

+ Expert level skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.

+ Virtual meeting software proficiency

+ Expert level experience in using SQL preferred.

Salary Range: $90,400 to $124,400 This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
