ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our go to market team as a Revenue Operations Analyst, reporting directly into our Head of Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the infrastructure and operations driving our business acquisition engine, spearheading the design and implementation of data-centric processes to maximize the utilization of our resources. This role requires technical prowess, operational excellence, and a strong understanding of the sales and marketing funnel. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Continuously improve our merchant intelligence modeling, identifying, cataloging, and enriching new collections of high-value stores.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators related to merchant acquisition.

  • Manage a process to source, append, and store critical information across customer touchpoints to use during every part of the acquisition process.

  • Drive data-driven optimizations inmarketing and sales channels.

  • Support revenue forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Act as a liaison among growth, pricing, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You are analytically rigorous. You are strong technically with analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Tableau).

  • You like to build and ship. You work proactively and don’t wait for direction to build the processes and systems that you know we’ll need right around the corner.

  • You can work through ambiguity. You bias toward action and roll up your sleeves when you uncover an issue, taking a complex issue and making it simple for all parties involved.

  • You are collaborative, organized and thoughtful. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field: computer science, engineering, or data science, for example

  • Direct experience, building and maintaining a CRM platform (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)

  • Proven track record of success in past RevOps roles, preferably within early-stage startups or high-growth environments.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and the ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical concepts.

  • Exceptional communication and system design skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
