As the Revenue Cycle Integration Manager, you will be responsible for management of the Revenue Integration team within Revenue Integrity, Enterprise Revenue Cycle. You are responsible for supporting and directing the daily routines of the systems application analysts and the various tasks they are responsible for. This position is 100% remote and will be managing a fully remote team of 9 employees. The primary functions of the team include maintaining Epic SER and DEP build and testing as well as integration projects for Enterprise Revenue Cycle.
Function/Duties of PositionManage Revenue Integration Team (RCI)
- Manage the daily activities of RCI team including work queue management, Jira tickets and dashboard, customer email requests, and prioritizing of work.
- Analyze and determine solutions to organizational and operational system needs while promoting and supporting Lean Processes.
- Communicate with Enterprise Revenue Cycle management and staff in the ongoing support of SER and DEP requests.
Epic INI Maintenance and Integrity
- Supervise and design the maintenance of key Epic INIs including SER (provider INI) as well as the EAF facility structure INIs that includes DEP (department INI).
- Ensure that requests for additions to above INIs have well developed workflows for timing and notification to key departments.
Coordinate integrated meetings to discuss key decisions related to these INIs. d. Lead weekly DEP integrated meetings where requests are vetted and approved. e. Lead monthly SER workgroup and organize agendas that include questions or concerns from key stakeholders f. Ensure that upgrades to Epic and Epic System Updates do not negatively impact operations. If changes are significant create and maintain a project plan as discussed above.
Review Projects for team estimates
- In collaboration with Revenue Integrity leadership this position will review Revenue Cycle and Information Systems Group (ITG) projects to determine hours for the Revenue Integration team.
- Coordinate Epic Department (DEP) and SER requests with key project stakeholders
Communication
- Develop strong communication pathways among team members and community
- Attend promotional functions organized to support the adoption of the OHSU Partners platforms
- Maintain open communications among project staff and external users, executives and other key stakeholders
- Ensures effective communication and coordination within all elements of the OHSU Revenue Cycle
Write and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and programs
Other projects and duties as assigned
Required QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or related field. or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
- Six years' experience working in healthcare with at least two years of managerial or leadership experience
- Experience with Epic Applications or experience in healthcare billing office operations.
- Proven experience managing complex projects.

- Willingness and ability to travel to other locations, such as OHSU hospitals and clinics and as needed
Experience:
- Experience managing in a union environment
- Prior management experience in academic healthcare setting
- Epic Certification in Revenue Cycle application (Resolute PB or HB, Cadence, Prelude/ADT)
Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Expert knowledge in healthcare IT applications
- Knowledge and experience with Epic implementation practices
- Proven skills of leading effectively in an academic health care environment
- Knowledge and skills in using quality management and performance improvement techniques
This position works traditional business hours (M-F, between 8am-5pm) however must be available as necessary during off hours for urgent issues and project launches.
