Qualifications: Proficiency with Google Suite (sheets, docs, forms, mail, etc.). Proficiency with Mailchimp and Airtable (planning timeline tool).
Comfortable learning new technology. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills. Able to respond calmly and professionally to numerous phone and email inquiries.
Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with ability to pivot. Must be resourceful with a positive "can-do" attitude.
High School Diploma with 3-5 years' experience, some college preferred. Able to work Commencement (e.g. Memorial Day weekend).
Additional Details: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Monday & Tuesday mandatory, third day is flexible).
