THIS IS A PART TIME JOB
Responsibilities are, but not limited to: RETURN AUTHORIZATIONs, checks status on pending credits, process literature orders and finish sample requests and provide phone support.
Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
MAIN JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Computer skills (Microsoft Office - EXCEL a must)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Primary responsibility is processing RETURN AUTHORIZATIONs, credit status on pending RGA/RMA returns, literature requests, product finish sample requests. Requests are handled via phone calls or emails.
· Attention to Detail is crucial.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
· Strong phone skills and active listening and ability to adapt to different tasks.
· Use telephones/emails to reach out to customers and verify account information or explanation of request.
· Ability to Work Under Pressure
· Assist with overflow requests for order status, tracking.
· Support CUSTOMER SERVICE with overflow of incoming calls
· Work with the Director of Costumer Solutions to stay updated on any changes in company policies and to ensure proper forms are used and procedures are followed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
