The ideal candidate for a Retention and Recruitment Specialist at VRCC is driven, team oriented, and focused on creating an excellent candidate experience. This highly collaborative position offers the opportunity to build professional relationships across all department teams as well as setting the stage for new team members to integrate into their new team. By collaborating with the Leadership team and specialty departments you will gain knowledge of skills, knowledge base, and aptitudes of candidates we are looking to welcome to the VRCC team.
