People & Culture Specialist (Hr)

Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for a People & Culture Specialist in our Louisville, CO location. We are seeking a key player who will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and practices that align with the company's values and support its growth in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the People & Culture department, including handling of employee life cycle activities, employee relations, administrative tasks, and payroll. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of these responsibilities and a passion for Recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain data integrity of HRIS system, including processing employee changes, benefits enrollments, and leaves of absence
• Assist with in the payroll process
• Research for new and maintain current employment laws in various states
• Support the performance management process
• Assist with employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Manage compliance training and identify training needs
• Maintain physical and digital files, including the HR SharePoint drive, org charts, and employee documents
• Process benefits enrollments/changes
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role
• Previous experience with full cycle recruiting
• Previous HRIS experience preferred
• Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary

Location: This position is onsite, full-time, M-F
