Our Phoenix Airport location is now hiring for Hourly Shift Supervisors/ Team Leaders, Full Time.
Position Description Summary:
A Supervisor or Zone Manager at Paradies Lagardère are responsible for perform training functions, direct execution of merchandising standards and provide overall Zone supervision within the shops. A Zone Manager is assigned specific leadership responsibilities within Zone(s), terminal(s), or other support areas. They provide assistance and support to the management team in achieving the goals in sales and service.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to learn selling expectations in a fast paced, service-oriented retail setting
- Provide assistance and support to the management team in setting and achieving daily goals in sales and service.
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 day team oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal/organizational skills with ability to motivate others
- Ability to Greet, Sell and Thank the customer
- Put the customer first at all times
- Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.
- Self-starter able to prioritize various tasks and adapt to unexpected situations simultaneously
- Proficiency required in reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling/ reporting
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office preferred
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and the applicable Department of Transportation requirements
- Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances
