Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a retail environment, we would love to hear from you. PERK: Unlike most Retail Stores you won't work weekends, evenings or holidays!
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Work in cooperation with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor on a daily basis
- Monitor and replenish stock as needed
- Assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals (team player)
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Answer phones and customer emails
- Create price tags and merchandise signs. Stock, tag and display merchandise
- Be available to assist in other areas of the business as needed
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to sell products based on customer needs and preferences

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
