We partner with premier retailers like Costco and The Home Depot. This is where we do our Lead Generation. We’re looking for Retail Energy Sales Associates to be in the stores to qualify customers, educate them on renewable cleaner affordable energy, and schedule appointments to meet with our sales consultants. The position pays hourly, plus commission, including bonuses. We pay bi-weekly, on a monthly tier base which rewards our top performers. The pay is $16.50/hour. For every appointment you set in the store, when the customer meets with a sales consultant, you get a commission. It pays $25 every 1-15 appointments that sit in a month, your 16-25 appointments pays $40 each appointment, and anything 26 or more it pays $60 each appointment. If those appointments sell, your first, second and third sale is $100 per order, your fourth, fifth, and sixth appointment, the commission goes up to $500 per order, and anything seven or more, the commission pays $650 per order and there is no cap. So, an average full time rep in this role makes about $55,000 -$120,000 a year. The position is full time 40/hrs. per week with weekend availability needed. Also full benefits.
