As a Retail Sales Associate at FTP Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in embodying our commitment to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries, in a professional and courteous manner
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products specialized to their individualized preferences
• Processing transactions accurately and recording account details appropriately and in accordance with compliance guidelines
• Participating in promotional and sales activities, upselling when needed, and closing sales efficiently

Qualifications for our Retail Sales Associate:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling applicable sales transactions
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if needed

The Retail Sales Associate is an hourly paid position with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission bonuses. The hourly range is between $16.00-$22.00 per hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.51 - $21.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
