• Provide valuable customer feedback to support ongoing improvements.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is a definite plus.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and establish strong customer relationships.
