JOB SUMMARY
Accurately input customer orders, perform administrative duties, provide exceptional customer service and proactively resolve customer issues and concerns.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input orders into system from incoming faxes, phone calls and emails.
- Identify and proactively reach out to customers with missing orders.
- Provide exceptional, professional customer services. Work with Warehouse, Operations and Finance team to resolve delivery, inventory and billing issues in a timely manner.
- Exhibit a high level of knowledge about the products and services we offer.
- Assist administrative staff with filing, invoice inquiries, collections and other clerical tasks as necessary.
- Resolve and handle customer issues (request for statements, account credit) mail monthly statements and verify invoices. Assist customers and Sales Reps with account verification and credits
- Order lunch and office supplies
- Perform other tasks as directed by Management.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
