Customer Service/Inside Sales Associate

Must have foodservice customer service experience to be considered.

JOB SUMMARY

Accurately input customer orders, perform administrative duties, provide exceptional customer service and proactively resolve customer issues and concerns.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input orders into system from incoming faxes, phone calls and emails.
• Identify and proactively reach out to customers with missing orders.
• Provide exceptional, professional customer services. Work with Warehouse, Operations and Finance team to resolve delivery, inventory and billing issues in a timely manner.
• Exhibit a high level of knowledge about the products and services we offer.
• Assist administrative staff with filing, invoice inquiries, collections and other clerical tasks as necessary.
• Resolve and handle customer issues (request for statements, account credit) mail monthly statements and verify invoices. Assist customers and Sales Reps with account verification and credits
• Order lunch and office supplies
• Perform other tasks as directed by Management.

• Ability to work under pressure with changing, ambiguous priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES – PREFERRED

• Culinary Background
• Bi-lingual: English and Spanish

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
