Job Overview

As a Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences, introducing in-store promotions, and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features. You'll be the sales ambassador, connecting our amazing products with the needs of our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful sales conversations to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Foster rapport through genuine and honest sales recommendations that align with the customer's requirements.
• Share comprehensive product knowledge, service features, and benefits to educate and empower customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment that enhances the overall customer experience.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales objectives by closing Sales and upselling when appropriate, always with the customer's best interests in mind.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts through strategic sales approaches that build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Build strong relationships with customers, fellow sales associates, store managers, and market directors, fostering a customer-centric sales team.

Qualifications

• Prior Retail Sales experience or Customer Service experience with a sales focus is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers quickly and effectively, providing personalized Customer Service.
• Availability for full-time sales positions is preferred, though part-time will be considered for the right fit.
• Must be 18 years or older with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
