Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
Hire, train, and manage an effective group of team members, with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standards
Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality meals
Assist with the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume
Assist Restaurant Manager with catering events
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience required
One year related experience required
Basic math skills for cash and inventory duties
Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email experience required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
