Culver’s is looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager

Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute the Culver's way
- Bring positive energy and attitude to work everyday
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Onboard, train and mentor new members of the True Blue Crew to support the development of a high performing restaurant team.
- Use your leadership skills to coach, mentor and motivate our True Blue Crew to serve our guests
- Work side by side with your team to help prepare and serve delicious ButterBurgers & Frozen Custard!
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
- Implement systems and initiatives within the restaurant that will improve operations & guest service to support growth of sales & guest experiences
- Supports General Manager to meet operational and business growth goals
Qualifications:
- A genuine upbeat team oriented personality with eagerness to serve others, and help them succeed
- Strong delegation and follow up skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of restaurant food safety, health, and hygiene practices
- 2 + years of restaurant work experience
- 1 – 2 years of Restaurant Shift management, or leadership experience is preferred
- Willing to frequently work both lunch and dinner shifts
- Willing to work until close, approx. 11:00pm, 2-3 nights per week
- Willing to work shifts 2 days out of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday weekly
- Able to work 8-12 hour shifts standing & walking quickly
- Able to lift and carry 25 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally
- Background check required
- Will be required to complete ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certificate during training period
